6 Ma Ma Creek Community Centre

The Ma Ma Creek Community Centre is located in Ma Ma Creek Village on the western side of the Gatton-Clifton Road.

It was built in 1983 by Perrin Construction.

It cost $223630 to build.

This building is still in operation.

It was built to replace the old hall.

It was commissioned by the committee of the old hall.

It is interesting to note that the centre hosts the Ma Ma Creek Exhibition each year.

It is used for dances, wedding, receptions, Ma Ma Creek Exhibition, parties, church group activities and school events.

The materials used to build the hall were brick, steel, timber and concrete with a Stramit roof.
